暗病

客套話我不懂說請見諒. 

本人27男,近日發覺肛門位置長了肉瘤,像尾指頭般大柔軟,不大痛楚,以為是直腸特了出來,因有時樽下或如廁後都有此情形(這怎樣補救,有沒大問題),沒多加理會

塗了藥後,踵瘤消失,但隔不久又出現,現有些痕養,不大痛楚,只是有點繃緊的感覺,我覺得是直腸內壁發炎,我應注意些什麼或做些什麼,保持清潔這些不用提啦.

我想您說的是外痔，沒有藥物能有效的把它弄去，嚴重的多是用手術或冷凍的方法將那血管去掉。

成因多與排便的太用力，和太多坐下工作有關(令腹部受壓)。多吃蔬果,改善排便是最好的預防方法。

terbinafine十分有效，一般只需要四到八星期已經足夠！
Terbinafine (Lamisil)內服的藥片是處方藥物，可能有嚴重的副作用，你必須向醫生查詢。
外用Lamisil乳霜和噴霧，是允許在注冊藥房購買，請問藥房負責的藥師。但是外用的效果可能對嚴重的 灰甲沒有幫助，使用也需要較久。

碘放射治療

多謝黃藥師專業知識．但我並不是有大頸泡的情形出現． 
 據聞此種放射治療會有後遺症，不但會不孕並且會有機會返發． 
 可否再請問下： 
1)除此種"碘－放射治療"外，有冇其他更好的方法呢？ 
2)"碘放射治療"是否很普通及安全的一種方法呢？ 
( 如在美國或歐洲....etc )

Hair Loss
I am 23 year old now. but i loss my hair in a few year. My hair always feel so wet and oil. have any drug and food can reduce my hair loss.My father also loss hair since age of 40. But my brother does not have it . Moreover i loss hair since 18. My hair feel oily and wet after cleaning it for a one night. My hair loss at my front side of my head

Hair Lost

I have a turmour inside my brian which is affected my hormone. In the past few years, a lot of hair had lost when I wash my hair. During this year, the problem change to very seriously.  Do youhave any drugs can prevent hair loss?

The first thing I have to know about is whether you tumour is stillexisted and are you still continuing the drug therapy forthe tumour? The second question is which hormone has beenaffected?
Hormone did proven to be some of the causes of hair lost, like too much male hormone or some women who taken oral contraceptives. But most hair lost are caused by genetic reason,
that means if your parents lost their hairs in the realy age, you have more chance to be the same. We really  couldn't do anything about it.
Obviously some of the drugs you have taken and you age may also be an important factors, I would like to hear about them.
There isn't any traditional chinese/western remedies, shampoo etc., that has been proven to be a cure of hair lost. There is only two effective drug treatment available, the first is Regaine, but it still only shown slight improvement in about 15% of the patient. The second ismuch more effective, called Propecia, but it is still not available in Hong Kong yet

My tumour is still inside my brain but I will have an operation next month.
It is affected my growth hormone.  I'm sure it is not the genetic reason. Could you please let me know why the "Propecia" is not available in Hong Kong.  Is it prohibited by HK Government or other reasons?  I can't wait for some more years as I'm afraid I will be bald end of this year.Is there have any drug or chinese herb could prevent and stop the hair loss?

Propecia is a new drug, it usually take quite a long time for the drug to be registered in HK. And  the drug company may want to have proven clinical experience before it apply the licence elsewhere.
If your hair lost is because of the excessive growth hormone, or most probably because of the drug you have taken (may I known their names). No drug, even Propecia can help. You will certainly regain the lost hair within months when the tumour is being removed or the dose of the chemotherapy is reduced.

I'm taking 2 tablets of Bromocriptin-Richter (2.5mg) twice a day.  For your information, when I brush my hair every morning and have 15-20 hair loss. When I wash my hair, I think more than 50 hair loss.  I really really need you help.
 

Your drug bromocriptine is what we called "dopamine agonist which can inhibits the secretion of prolactin from the pituitary of the brain and reduce the tumour size!And it also inhibits the release of growth hormone (In your case! Have you got bigger because of the disease?)
I've  actually done a literatures search for you, they showed brompcriptine does cause a mild hair lost in some patients. From the "number of lost " provided, you are in a mild case!
If the hair lost is really a  side effects of the drug, the hair will regenerate very fast when the drug is withdrawn (i.e. when you no  longer need it after the surgery).
Just wait two more weeks.

Hepatitis

If your friend have hepatitis , I am very sorry to inform you that you can't help her/him much in the treatment. Firstly you have to determine which type of hepatitis it is: there are two main types of hepatitis -- A and B, Type B hepatitis is the most common one which is transmitted by taking in contaminated food e.g. shellfood. Majority of patients with the hep B can recover within 3 months, the patients would feel very tire and yellowlish can be found in the skin , eyes and face, because of there is too much bilirubin in the bodywhich is caused bylosing function of the liver.
Because hepatitis is an viral infection, the drug treatment doesn't offer much help. If it is an relap (he/she have the hep before, but the patient becomes sick again lately!) and the patient is very very sick( e.g. liver failing) , there is still some expensive treatment available.
If you friend have the mild type of hep A, just tell her/him don't worry, take more rest (You can help him/her in this part of course), he/she will get much better within  several weeks. The doctors may prescribe some medicine for the symptoms, but the best solution is still "resting"!

Thank you very much for your prompt reply, I'll do my best to help my colleagues. As I know he is having the mild type of hep A, so he always feel tired & can't control his temper.  At that way, I can do nothing for him right now!
