Introduction
to HAND
成立目的The Objectives:
1. To orientate the people to obtain information from most appropriate
expert in the field.
2. Promotion of multidisciplinary health care
3. Establish a channel of collaboration and discussion
So the term "network development" have
two meaning:
A. Network for the people to obtain reliable information
B. Network for health care workers to communicate and collaboration

must be
1. Qualified person/ organisation
2. Willing to provide free access and advice to patient at a reasonable
time遠景The
Vision
The internet is going to be the mainframe of communication in the future,
more and more health care sites will be available for patient to look at
and ask question. The health care profession should take the initiation
to provide reliable information and cooperate together for the sake of
patient care and professional development.
動作模式The Operation
Participant can add the "HAND"
icon at the front page of their website and the icon is linked to a local
/remote page of the HAND's linking page.
For participant who do not have website, they can add their Email,
so the patient can ask question via Email.
All service must be
FREE and only
the PROFESSION is
being promoted not the individual practice
